I was just driving through Belfast this morning and noticed Ski McNeill's new year ski holiday campaign has stretched to a 48 sheet campaign. I provided the illustrations myself some months ago, working on a glamourous 1930's vintage travel poster concept that went down a storm with the client, who just so happens to collect original artwork from that specific era.
Hello,
just followed a link from the Vintage Fair's myspace to here.
My husband and I will be attending the fair in February & I am very interested in travel posters! I would love to get my hands on the Bangor ones, I'm just too poor.
I pick up most of my kitsch living room decor on ebay or charity shops, but a travel poster is definitely on my must-buy-in-the-future list.
Our kitchen is currently a gallery of J H Lynch & Dallas Simpson prints, I've a lot of photos up on the facebook there.
Looking forward to checking out your stall in February,
Claire.

Thanks for dropping by Claire. My wife kindly bought me a huge Norman Wilkinson "Come to Ulster" print which now takes pride of place in the lounge. I'll have to upload some photos to the blog/facebook soon.

These are great - Congrats on another very stylish product!
Seeing your own work on a massive billborad must be nice!
